For NZ General Practice

Give your practice back the time to care.

CareLoop automates the admin that consumes nursing and GP time every week — starting with recall management — so your team can focus on patients, not paperwork.

Built for New Zealand general practice.

If your nurses are spending hours every week on recalls — and your GPs are catching up on inbox admin after hours — CareLoop is being built for you.

This is where CareLoop is heading.

Phase 1
Building now

Recall automation & proactive outreach

CareLoop manages the full recall cycle — sending texts, tracking responses, and flagging non-responders for a nursing phone call. No manual input required.

It also surfaces patients lapsing on chronic disease management, at risk of disenrollment, or overdue for repeat prescriptions — so outreach happens before people fall through the cracks.

Priority outreach for Māori and Pacific patients is built in from day one — calls before texts, not added later.

Phase 2

Result triage & clinical workflows

Protocol-driven triage for common results — suggested actions for GP approval in one click. Clinical protocols are adapted to each practice. Patients routed to the right clinician automatically, based on your practice's own protocols.

Phase 3

Intelligent triage, GP inbox & letter summarisation

Context-aware triage drawing on trends, diagnoses, and medications — with clinical guardrails at every step. Clinic letters summarised with action points extracted for one-click review. The GP admin burden — finally addressed.

At every iteration, feedback comes from colleagues doing the same job. That's how we make sure what gets built is genuinely useful, clinically safe, and has patients and clinicians at its absolute heart.

Built to close the gap, not just the loop.

Māori and Pacific patients experience a 6–7 year life expectancy gap in Aotearoa. CareLoop is designed so automation actively works to close that gap — not just save time.

Calls before texts for Māori and Pacific patients — at every phase, from day one.
Pre-disenrollment priority — long-lapsed Māori and Pacific patients surface first.
Multilingual messaging — te reo Māori, Samoan, Tongan, and other Pacific languages.
Equity dashboard — recall completion by ethnicity, so gaps become visible.

I couldn't find a tool that fixed this — so I'm building one.

I'm a GP in Christchurch. My admin slots get taken up by the patients who need more time — and rightly so. That means after my toddlers are in bed I'm back on the inbox: filing results, managing abnormal results, completing referrals, filing letters, working through tasks from nurses and other clinicians. General practice doesn't have much capacity left for the proactive, preventative care we'd all like to be doing. With GP shortages only growing, anything that gives primary care teams back clinical time matters.

CareLoop is being built in close collaboration with GPs, nurses, and practice teams — informed by real feedback at every stage.
