Less admin. More care.

CareLoop automates the repetitive work in clinical inboxes and care coordination β€” so GPs and nurses can focus on patients.

The right action, for the right patient, with the right clinician.

Rule-based inbox & result management

Results triaged against clear clinical rules β€” with the right action suggested for GP approval in one click. Where appropriate, management of the result is routed to a specific clinician, pathway, or protocol for consistent, thorough follow-up.

Examples include:

  • Abnormal LFTs β†’ practice nurse liver protocol clinic
  • New prediabetes β†’ health coach or diabetes nurse pathway
  • New CKD β†’ CKD protocol clinic, clinical pharmacist medication review

Management protocols and training provided alongside the tool. Built on proven rules first β€” technology advances as safety is established.

Fast cycles. Clinician-directed.

Built in fast iterations, tested in real practices, changed based on what works for clinicians.

Feedback comes from colleagues doing the same job β€” that's how we make sure what gets built is genuinely useful, clinically safe, and has patients at its heart.

Built to close the gap, not just the loop.

Improving health equity for Māori and Pacific patients is at the heart of CareLoop.

I couldn't find a tool that offered real solutions to the huge inbox burden β€” while also improving quality of care and equity. So I'm building one.

I'm a GP in Christchurch. After my toddlers are in bed I'm back on the inbox: filing results, managing abnormal results, completing referrals, filing letters. General practice doesn't have much capacity left for the proactive care we'd all like to be doing. With GP shortages only growing, anything that gives primary care teams back clinical time matters.

I'd like to trial a pilot when available.

We're looking for a small group of practices to work closely with. Leave your details and we'll be in touch.

βœ“  Thank you β€” we'll be in touch.
